Overview:
Using data manually managed by a tabular spreadsheet I designed, created and designed Tableau Public Dashboards as resources for helping managing my food inventory.
Features/Analysis Enablement:
Geoff's Menus Home Page provides navigation links to the main Dashboards and displays when the Tableau Public data was manually refreshed. 100% precision/architecture design was not my goal but rather a mainly accurate user-friendly tool that helps point me in the right direction/easily proactively answers my top likely to be asked questions when it comes to food inventory.
- Staples Dashboard enables viewing all favorites/staple items by category/timing information, and inventory levels.
- Recently Purchased or Expiring Within 1 Week Dashboards filters on perishable items recently purchased and/or items otherwise nearing/past best-by expiration date.
- All Foods Menu enables filtering all food inventory data by top filters including by specific Cooking Appliance type, by storage location, and by general timing/inventory logistics.

Want to eat an item that doesn't take long (I defined as less than 15 minutes) that was recently purchased and/or next set to expire and am otherwise indifferent to what that may be.
